Description
This was a character design done for conceptart.org's CHOW. It is a revamp of X-COM: UFO Defense's Chryssalid. Here's a link to what it looks like in the game: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Chryssalid.png

onzamono: Well this thing was created with the idea that it was a parisitic alien which impragnates as many humans as possible. Then the host developes a zombie-like disposition, feeding on just about anthing it comes across. The alien embryo feeds off of it's host until it reaches reproductive age. It then doesn't eat, because it's to busy laying eegs in peoples internal organs. : O.
Diane: Thank you for the advice on the shading. In any other surcumstance I would agree 100%. Normaly I would incorporate more shading, but this one I kept pretty readable over the whole figure on purpose. The reason I did this was because it was suppose to be as if for a game. From what I've found game modelers need all the information of a characture they can get so they can acurately create it in 3D. With all that being said I still totally apreciate your advice.
