This sketch was done with the intent that this alien is running through a cave on a sort of quest, or search for something of great significance to him/it. Just having fun while trying to improve my drawing skills.

Great! Some atmospheric perspective would help to add more depth and to give the impression that he's giant though

I would put some deeper shadows on the character though...'cause in a cave the torch is probably the only lightsource or at least the strongest one...anyways I like it

It's well drawn, with a good sense of movement. I think drawing a long dark shadow under him, stretching into the background, would add a good feeling of him being in an environment, and emphasizing the ailien feel.

Nice anatomy and creature design.
